THE STORY AS TOLD BY HANNAH
In December 2018 I put on an event for Winter Solstice. I had been plotting these events for a while ... events that get people outdoors, learning about growing food and foraging, gathering and eating together and reigniting our creativity and sense of adventure. I am excited to work with different makers and business owners in different venues and woodlands to create this. A big aim is to make the prices affordable so that a wide range of people can access these events.

At Enamelware Events, we're keen to make enamelware and other zero waste options accessible to many more people planning their special event. We don't want you to have to buy things that you'll never use again and have to clutter your house with or be thrown away! Please do get in touch with your requirements and ideas. You will be able to pick up and drop off your order for free if you’re local, or we can make you a courier quote if you’re further afield. See the Hire and FAQ pages for more information.

When we were planning our wedding, I realised that enamelware would be amazing to use for our evening meal: it looks fab, it's light to transport, hard to break, and has a classic look. For some people, it reminds them of a homely kitchen; for others it’s being in the outdoors, cooking on a fire. But for some reason, there are few places in the UK that offer hire of enamelware. And that's when I found a rare elegant design with a grey rim – perfect for any colour scheme and with a natural look to fit in with any outdoor event, too.
I'm keen to make enamelware accessible for many more people planning their special event. I am also keen to offer more zero waste solutions, such as fabric napkins.
